Between 2019 and 2021, Workato almost quadrupled its global employee headcount. As the pandemic took hold in 2020 and Workato continued to grow in size, Mission North and Workato partnered to develop a highly-successful award program dedicated to showcasing Workato’s industry leadership and world-class employee experience.
Mission North partnered with Workato to design a strategic and always-on award submission cadence throughout 2021 and 2022. Together, Mission North and Workato submitted over 25 top industry awards across influential technology and workplace publications, focused on illuminating Workato’s product innovation, enterprise automation category leadership, and employer brand. To build on award-placement momentum, Mission North developed and executed proactive media campaigns timed with top-tier award list recognition, to highlight executive expertise and Workato’s industry leadership beyond high-level award write-ups.
