Danny Maiello
Chief Corporate Affairs Officer
Danny Maiello brings over 25 years of expertise in communications strategy, focusing on integrated brand campaigns and corporate reputation management.
As Mission North’s Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, he counsels clients on corporate communications, brand positioning, public affairs, and executive visibility.
Prior to joining Mission North, Danny served as Managing Director at Highwire, specializing in Corporate Affairs. He also held leadership roles at Dentsu Creative and BCW, advising clients across corporate, consumer, and technology sectors.
Earlier in his career, Danny directed external communications at PwC across the U.S. and Mexico and led FleishmanHillard’s integrated brand marketing and corporate reputation practice in Washington, D.C. His work at Burson-Marsteller included award-winning campaigns for clients such as SAP and Accenture.
Before entering public relations, Danny spent several years at CNN as a senior producer, including overseeing CNN en Español’s Washington bureau and leading coverage across domestic and international news operations.
Danny holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Spanish Literature from the College of William and Mary. He is fluent in Spanish and currently resides in San Francisco with his partner, Byron, and their beloved cockapoo, Oliver.
