Erin Smith

Erin brings over 20 years of B2B technology experience spanning corporate and agency roles, large enterprise and start-ups. She has delivered successful communications programs for Lenovo, Salesforce, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Gartner, SAP, VMware, and Infor among others.

Having led countless PR, AR, social and regional programs, Erin has a passion for driving integrated, results-driven campaigns across the disciplines of communications. She brings her extensive product experience comprising hardware, software, security, cloud and AI to help brands distill complex technologies into authentic and purposeful narratives.

In her role at SAP as global head of product communications, she spearheaded the public launches of SAP solutions into the database, mobile and analytics markets and also led global media strategy and programs for SAP customer and developer events.

As a senior agency leader, she has led large teams as the agency of record for Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions, Salesforce Corporate & Product teams and Cisco Corporate Communications. Across all her work, she is guided by being people-first and a steadfast commitment to high-impact results.

Erin is a long-time San Francisco Bay Area resident. She graduated from St Mary’s College in Moraga with a degree in Communications and now lives with her family in Danville, Ca.
