Impact Ignited: Our Fourth Annual Social Impact Report

The purpose that guides all we do at Mission North is to make a positive impact through our work, culture, and community investments.

This Social Impact Report documents our progress toward advancing those efforts. Our goal is not just to keep evolving and improving, but also to:

  • ‍Foster a culture of belonging, corporate philanthropy, and volunteerism.
  • Attract and retain people committed to making a positive impact within our industry and communities.
  • Inspire our industry peers and clients to grow their social impact.

Despite the many challenges 2024 offered up, our dedication to deepening our impact did not change. A few achievements we’re especially proud of:

  • We expanded our Foster the Future initiative, which provides opportunities for BIPOC students to enter and thrive in public relations. We more than doubled the number of participating agencies and collectively awarded students $80,500 in fellowships.
  • Through our E3thos program, we invested more than $220,000 into community-based nonprofits through employee-directed grants, pro bono services, and partner donations
  • Driven by our team’s exceptional and innovative work, we were honored to be named a Fast Company Most Innovative Company and the Technology Agency of the Year at PRovoke Media’s Sabre Awards.
  • 95% of Mission Northers reported feeling connected to our mission of driving change through our work, culture, and community investments.

While “uncertainty” is the defining word of 2025 so far, we’re clear about our commitment to our values and our people. Finding new ways to ignite even bigger impact—for our people, our clients, and our communities—never fails to fire us up.
