Rooted in Purpose: Our Fifth Annual Social Impact Report

Creating meaningful impact through our craft, our culture, and our communities is the purpose that guides everything we do at Mission North. And it’s time to reflect on our work.

This Social Impact Report isn’t a scorecard but a living record of how we show up. Our goal isn’t just progress for the sake of progress—that’s not in our DNA. Rather, it’s to build foundations that last:

  • ‍A culture rooted in belonging, generosity, and shared responsibility
  • A workplace that attracts and retains people who want their careers to matter
  • An industry that’s more inclusive, more accountable, and more human

Our 2025 was defined by intention instead of scale alone. Even amid shifting priorities and real constraints, our focus on impact never wavered. A few recent achievements we take pride in:

  • We expanded our Foster the Future initiative, creating clearer pathways for BIPOC students to enter and thrive in public relations. With our partner agencies, we collectively awarded $92,500 in fellowships, surpassing 2024’s total by more than $10,000. In 2026, that number will grow to $99,000.
  • Through our E3thos program, we invested more than $150,000 into community-based nonprofits through employee-directed grants, pro bono services, and partner contributions and fundraising.
  • 96% of Mission Northers reported feeling connected to our mission of driving change through our work, culture, and community investments.

As rapid-fire change continues to shape this decade, our direction remains clear. We’re investing in our foundation our people, culture, and community because that’s where real impact begins. We believe the strongest growth starts from the inside out, and we’re energized by the opportunity to collaborate and build what’s next together with our teams, clients, and the communities we’re committed to serving.
