Cook As You Are: Announcing the Second Mission North Cookbook

2020 was a challenging year that forced all of us to confront our understanding of the world, question ourselves, and create new normals and traditions. One of those brand-new traditions was The Mission North Cookbook

2021 hasn’t exactly been an easy year, but it’s been one of incredible learning, growth and gratitude amidst the uncertainty. I’ve spent this year watching my colleagues' kids and pets pop in on calls. I’ve felt their deep sense of optimism and persistence in one-on-ones and company Zooms. And I’ve seen the positive change that happens when we choose to be our most authentic selves. Our second cookbook is full of quick, nourishing and personal recipes that invite us all to slow down and find a moment to eat, savor, connect and enjoy.

Today, I’m happy to share with you all: Cook As You Are: The Mission North Cookbook, inspired by one of our core values. Inside the cookbook, you’ll find curated recipes from the real day-to-day lives of our team members, from breakfast and mains to sides and sweet treats. A massive thank you to our brilliant team: designer Yuliya, editor and project manager Yumi, and overseeing editor James who spent hours testing, designing and refining these recipes.

I hope our cookbook makes you smile, sparks a chance to choose joy, and perhaps makes its way into your daily routine as well!
